The weatherproof bag is a must to protect your hang glider investment. It keeps the sun, rain, and snow from damaging your wing. Contact the manufacturer or dealer of your hang glider and find out what a replacement bag cost. You will be much surprised to find the cost can exceed $200.
Our Weatherproof Bag is not a replacement for the manufacture's bag--it is intended to protect the bag and wing from the elements.
The construction is out of a fabric named Sea-Tarp and marine grade zippers. Sea-Tarp is an 18 oz. industrial grade fabric imported from Germany. It is a Polyester fabric that has been coated on both sides with virgin vinyl. Coating gives the vinyl superior adhesion. Do not confuse with lower cost laminates that may delaminate under certain situations.

Our Standard Bag is Royal Blue. At one time we used white, however, it seemed you wanted to wash it after every trip. Much like owning a white car--it shows all of the dirt and road grime. If you do not like Royal Blue, we have 16 other colors you can choose from (There is a small surcharge for the other colors--$20) You can view our color chart here.

We do not 'stock' bags; we make it to fit YOUR glider. The standard cost of our bag is $175 and includes shipping in the U.S. (We will ship outside of the U.S. and provide a custom quote--importation tax, GST, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.)
